About
Vision
VIVE is a global church-planting movement. Our mission is to awaken people to the reality of Jesus and bring heaven to earth by building believers everywhere. In obedience to the Great Commission, we're believing to see 100 campuses established in key cities around the world by 2034.
Why Plant Churches?
Jesus called us to go and make disciples of all nations. When a church is planted, a city gains a place where the lost are found, the broken are restored, families are strengthened, and the hurting are served. That's why we're raising up bold, faith-filled leaders to carry the Good News into every city and beyond.

Our weekly group has grown to 20 people, and we've begun gathering on Sunday mornings to watch the VIVE MV service together and share lunch.
We're believing for more group leaders and hosts so we can expand groups across the city. We're believing God will provide a public space that meets all our needs and more, where we can gather weekly for a Sunday experience and reach more families. As our groups grow toward the end of the year, we're believing for people to step up, our pre launch team to grow, and for us to be ready for launch season in 2027.
Eliz Le
Half way through the journey, I joined VIVE Brisbane. Our amazing church community rallied with me through the trial, they prayed with me and kept speaking God's promises over my life. This is where my thought life changed.
Eliz is a member of Vive Brisbane who has lived with eczema since birth. For the past nine months she experienced the worst flare up covering her whole face. The pain was daily and constant, and it became so hard to manage everyday tasks that she had to quit her job. As the months went on and nothing she tried helped, the inflammation kept getting worse. She describes losing hope and feeling lonely.
About halfway through this period, Eliz joined VIVE Brisbane. The church community walked alongside her, praying with her and speaking God's promises over her life. She says this is where her thinking changed. She describes God building her endurance and giving her peace in the middle of suffering, and she surrendered the situation to Him fully.
End of August, Eliz returned home to Vietnam and began a medical treatment plan at a hospital. She says that during this time she stopped striving in her own strength and rested in God's goodness, and she was healed within five days. Her takeaway is that God is faithful and always on time, especially through long seasons of waiting.

Building generational ministries by investing into Vox Gen and nursery.
We just celebrated 2 Years of VIVE Frankfurt and more than 250 baptisms in those two years.
We are believing for a permanent building in Frankfurt. A place where people can meet Jesus, families can find community, and the church can grow for generations to come.

“I lost my dad. I wasn’t working. I was battling depression and anxiety.”
Then God changed everything.
Dawn’s story is proof that Jesus still meets people in their darkest moments and leads them into healing, freedom, and purpose.

Choosing this path has been the best decision I have ever made, and I thank the Lord for everything He has allowed me to experience this year. It has marked a before and after in my life
Manu was struggling with family issues, not having a clear path in life and one night in his desperation God spoke to him and urged him to find a church after years without attending. He felt God lead him to VIVE and his life has been transformed through the community and made the decision to get baptized too.

Vision story about the fullfillment and miracles.
Some key milestones this year have been getting Sunday breakfast and lunch established as the first step toward the bigger vision of building out the Apostle Dining Cafe, launching our membership platform, Circle, to help build community, and having over 100 students go through School of Leadership year to date. Each of these represents a step toward building stronger community, creating more spaces for people to connect, and continuing to build out the bigger vision.
We’ve grown 23% since January, and we’re believing to continue building on that momentum. We’re believing for 2,000 people on a Sunday and for continued growth not just in attendance, but in people getting connected, finding community, and taking their next step.
Maria
I never knew I was sowing into my family
Meet Maria.
Maria has been part of VIVE Mountain View for about 9 years. For years, she and her family had been praying for her cousin in Colombia to have a real encounter with God. They had been sowing, praying, and believing for a moment they weren’t even sure they would get to see.
What happened next is a story you have to hear for yourself. Watch the video to see what God can do across the world, in the Middle East, through our partnership.
Transitioned from Sunday at Home gatherings into our first official venue, established and developed our foundational ministry teams and leaders, and reached a significant milestone in our church-planting journey: celebrating the official launch of VIVE Munich on October 4, 2026!
Believing to see VIVE Munich grow to 80 committed members, welcome 120 people in weekly attendance, and establish two thriving Sunday services by the end of 2026. Looking ahead to 2027, we are believing God for a long-term venue that will provide a permanent home for our growing church and create greater capacity to reach and disciple the people of Munich.
After eight years of setting up and tearing down every Sunday, we signed a lease this year on a building right across the street — giving us full, week-round access. It's already opened the door for leadership development and team training, and we're seeing real momentum: Royal Kids growing, the launch of Vox Gen Ministry, and 31 new families coming through our doors.
This past year our leased space has been a gift — room to grow, train leaders, and launch Vox Gen, already gaining momentum. But we're feeling the limits: Royal Kids needs more room, Vox Gen needs its own space, and we need a place to launch a local Hope Hangar. Our capacity to grow as a congregation is capped here too.
That's why we're believing God for a permanent home of our own. A lease can end. A landlord can sell. Ownership means none of that stands between VIVE Oakland and its future.
It means Royal Kids gets a home built for kids, Vox Gen gets a space built for their generation, and Hope Hangar gets a fixed address our neighbors can count on. It means we become a fixture in this city, not a tenant in it.

Dorothy and Makura Compton
“We put church in a box,” but as they continued to show up, God transformed their identity, grew them as leaders, and exceeded their expectations.
When Dorothy and Makura first came to VIVE, their sense of fulfillment came mostly from personal achievements and recognition. That worked when life was going well, but whenever hard times came they realized they had no firm foundation. When they first started attending, it was a struggle even to come every Sunday, and church was something they kept "in a box."
As they continued to come, they started to surrender their own ideals and learn their true identity was in Christ, they began to serve and grow as leaders. This showed them God could exceed the limits they had set for themselves. Having grown from single life to marriage to parenthood at VIVE, they now want to raise their son "planted" in the church.
We started in our living room, but we're making room for more! We've moved into a public space so we can welcome more people and create a space where our community can gather, connect, and grow together.
We’re believing to build a committed team of 20 people by the end of the year and praying for a more permanent venue in a prominent city like Costa Mesa, with a dedicated space for kids.
Lolo Fisher
I never imagined I would move back to Southern California, but God revealed that I needed to grow in obedience and surrender. Through His Word, prayer, church community, and serving at VIVE, He showed me areas of my life that were not fully aligned with Him. When I finally said yes to moving back home—even without knowing what was next—God revealed shortly afterward that VIVE Orange County was being planted. Since then, I’ve watched Him faithfully align each step and transform my faith, my family, and my son. Now, I’m so grateful to be part of building VIVE OC from the ground up. This journey has taught me that obedience means letting go of my plans, trusting God completely, and helping build a firm foundation in Jesus that can impact generations.
Lolo's story about moving back home to Orange County and saying yes to building Vive Orange County from the early stages.
Pierluigi & Krizia
The real change came when we truly decided to follow Him and surrender everything to Him. This changed the way we face situations—helping us keep our peace and know that we aren't alone.
We launched our Sunday Discipleship track this year. Continuing to revise, reshape and develop what future courses, offerings and teachings will consist of.
We're believing for a long-term lease in San Francisco where we can establish, plant roots and build out HOPE, HYPE, more frequent ministries + worship nights, host groups and HUBs in our own space.

Blake and Macey moved to SF from Tennessee thinking they would only stay for the duration of Macey's PhD at UCSF. During their time in SF, God moved powerfully in opening doors for them to be planted where they least expected!

Family discipleship is happening in San Jose. Our groups nearly doubled, from 12 last fall to 23 active today, and our Parkmoor building is now full throughout the week with 7 groups gathering there. In September we completed the auditorium renovation: fresh paint, stage columns, and new lighting so we can set a better atmosphere now for each person to experience Jesus as we invest for the future.
We're believing for the right facility to fully support family discipleship: a place with multiple classrooms, a Hope Hangar outpost, a commercial kitchen, and an in-house cafe.
