THE CHURCH
We believe the church is the hope of the world. The church is the community of believers gathered and scattered. As the church unites to share the gospel, she will fulfill her purpose in distributing the gospel to all men and glory to God.
THE FATHER
We believe that God is our father. Being children of God, we will receive an inheritance of his love and grace. He is loving, compassionate and faithful to His people and His promises.
THE BIBLE
We believe the Bible is the living word of God. It is infallible, authoritative and everlasting and is the foundation of all Christian doctrine.
TRINITY
We believe in the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The three exist in community and possess equal power and authority.
THE SON
We believe Jesus Christ is the son of God. We believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His victorious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, His constant intercession and in His imminent return.
HOLY SPIRIT
We believe in the person and work of the Holy Spirit with His fruits and gifts available in the Church. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a gift available to believers subsequent to the new birth, with normal evidence of speaking in other tongues.
BAPTISM
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Eternal Godhead as a fulfillment of the command of Christ (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:37-39; 19:1-6)
ETERNITY
We believe in heaven and hell. Acceptance of forgiveness and salvation through Christ’s finished work on the cross allows us to spend eternity with Him in heaven.
MAN
We believe that man is made in the image of God. Man was created to be in fellowship with God, however sin has separated us from the Father. As a result, man cannot obtain right standing with God through works. It is only through grace that we can be reconciled to
the Father.
SALVATION
We believe that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. In the spiritually lost condition of all people, there is an essential need for the new birth by faith in Jesus Christ.
